Return & Exchange Policy:

It's my hope that everything I sell meets my collectors expectations, and it's my aim to be as clear as possible when describing my products & artwork. For products from the giftware range including mugs, cushions, tea towels etc, I accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase. To arrange a return, please contact me. *You will be required to pay for return shipping. If item returns damaged a refund will not be issued.

Sales of original artwork are final, and returns and exchanges will not be accepted. If you have a concern, please contact me.

Can I see the work in person?

Yes! For those who live locally, you are welcome to book an appointment to come and see the work in person before you purchase. To arrange a time, please contact me.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Prices vary for larger paintings so please get in touch to receive an estimate. For large canvas paintings, I will ship the canvas un-stretched to keep prices low. You will need to get in touch with a local framer who can stretch the canvas for you.

I have just purchased an unframed original/ print on paper and need advice on framing.

I often sell unframed work, because it allows you to choose a frame that suits your home decor, and is the right size for your wall, but I can understand that it's a bit daunting if you've never framed anything before. I always recommend a simple, plain coloured frame as this will allow my artwork to look it's best. Opt for colours such as white, black or wood. I would also recommend going to a local framers, as they are experts in this area and will be able to advise you on what frames look best and will professionally frame it so that it looks beautiful and will be ready to hang.

If you choose to frame it yourself, you will need to measure the artwork as often times they are not standard A sizes, so will need a bespoke mount made. You can get a bespoke mount online or at the framers - just make sure you measure it accurately! 

If you are still unsure, send me a message with your questions and I'll be in touch as soon as possible. Equally, if you see an original you like and want it framed before you purchase, I can arrange the framing in advance so it's all done and ready to hang when you receive it. Just send me a message to let me know, and this will increase the price.
