"Breakthrough" is an expressive, abstract painting, representing a coastal lighthouse scene. It has many hints of colour and texture, which don't get picked up all that well in the photos, but in real life, has so much to it. It's one of my personal favourites out of all my artwork, and makes me feel happy when I look at it, almost like it brings back my determination to live life to the full, and to make an effort to go after my hopes and ambitions.
